South Sudan is the newest nation on the planet. It's also a place precious to a large number of Sioux Falls residents with growing bonds in the South Dakota plains. Argus Leader reporter Steve Young is traveling to South Sudan to introduce us to people from here who are working over there to build schools and hospitals, dig wells and grind corn.
